Nancy O'Shields born August 17 1804.

There  has been so much said about my great-great grandmother  Nancy O'Shields i'am putting this on google. I want to set the record straight once and for all Nancy worked in a doctors office. Nancy was born 1804 in Spartanburg SC, Walnut Grove. The doctor she worked for was John Winn- Smith which the doctors name to start with was Dr. John Smith he had changed his name at some point. Nancy O'Shields was a very good friend of this doctor. Yes Nancy O'Shields did do wrong she was the mother of five children. Nancy lived on the O'Shields Plantation 272 acres of farm land which was give to her by John Smith. I will name her children as the list that I have. William Paschal O'Shields born 1824-1909 Samuel Drayton O'Shields born 125.Wiley Drayton O'Shields 1832. Mary Ann [Polly] O'Shields born 1833. Isaac Scott O'Shields born 1834 or 1835. This is the list of all her children. This is a picture of the old Homestead where Nancy O'Shields raised her childred. Many Reunions were held at this homestead.
